ABOUT WARDAH M.
My mission is to help business leaders and governments solve their biggest challenges with behavioral science. I truly believe that a curious, problem-solving mindset, that is excited by new evidence more than they are proving their own point-of-view, is the way to excel change in this world. What can we do differently? How can we know if it worked? Are the questions that excite me in everything I do. Now, I have the great honour, of shaping BEworks\' presence and mission in the world. I joined BEworks as a founding member of the team that has grown to help businesses across all sectors think differently about the people they are serving. Findings from behavioural economics and social psychology reveal unique customer insights that businesses can leverage to better serve their customers and increase profitability. By understanding the influences that guide human decisions, we are better able to develop solutions that truly change behavior. I have over a decade of experience applying behavioral science to an array of organizational challenges. My experience allows me to understand the biases and heuristics that guide human behaviour, create customer-centric user experiences and products, and quantify their impact experimentally.
