I have extensive experience acting as the lead lawyer in multibillion dollar financings and restructurings over more than 20 years of practice. I also regularly advise a diverse range of companies on day-to-day disclosure obligations and corporate governance and counseling matters. My corporate finance practice includes investment-grade and high yield debt offerings, public and private equity offerings, and equity-linked products, including convertible and exchangeable bond offerings. I also regularly work with our restructuring team on complex corporate reorganizations, focusing on distressed and other debt transactions such as debt tender offers and buybacks, and exchange offers.
