Within the new Electrical/Electronics & Software Product Development organization, I hold the role of Global E2E Design and Architecture Management, with the mission to drive the E2E design and architecture definition for current and new generation of connected features at global level from the Vehicle Networks up to the Cloud Platform interface, granting the technical feasibility through a strong coordination and clear boundaries between the concept phases and the components development with the goals to anticipate interdependencies among the E2E systems and reduce the overall amount of late change requests in the field thanks to a solid picture defined at the beginning of the products lifecycle. • Main key aspects to ensure a coherent solution of the End to End System Architecture development flows are: Feature decomposition and allocation to Systems and Sub-Systems, HW and SW impacts, Use Cases, White Box, Features Data, Logical Diagrams, Feature Requirements Matrix, Working Conditions, binding mechanisms and interfaces definition between Sub-Systems but also between SW Components (CAN, Ethernet, SOME/IP, AIDL, V2C,), Features, Systems and Sub-Systems Performance and Stability indicators, System Modeling, DFMEA, and high level security constraints
