I’m a Seattle-based corporate attorney focused on helping companies grow. With 5+ years of experience and reps across hundreds of companies, I help teams navigate the intersection of capital and innovation and turn complex legal issues into clear, actionable guidance.Before law school, I spent time in policy research, consulting, and media, which shaped how I think about strategy, communication, and practical problem-solving.In my current practice, I advise founders and teams on the core building blocks of a company. I regularly serve as outside general counsel for ventures, supporting corporate governance and day-to-day counseling, venture financings (SAFEs, notes, priced rounds, and debt/revenue-loan structures), equity compensation, and commercial and technology agreements (including SaaS, licensing, and data privacy). I take the time to understand the business, the industry, and the context so my legal advice is tailored to what the client actually needs, not a one-size-fits-all answer.My best days involve solving complex problems, learning something new, or seeing my work create real positive change.
