Velvet Hammer is a Los Angeles-based marketing consultancy and boutique creative agency. I work under contract on client projects both individually and as a team member under the skillful guidance of Bernadette Irizarry, founder and CEO of VLVT. • During weekly design sprints, I took ownership of assigned features and functions for projects (mobile app, complex enterprise web app, internal corporate software app to name a few). Iterated based on feedback.• UX included research, user flows, wireframes, and low/high-fidelity mockups.• Collaborated with team to solve complex, multifaceted problems during working sessions. Provided and received positive feedback. • Contributed and adhered to design style guide.• Annotated or edited all 100 mobile wireframes for one project for handoff to development team. • Created user research screener and moderator test plan for web app.• The tools I used were Sketch, Basecamp, Slack, Google Drive, Google Sheets, GoToMeeting, and MS Office.These projects are under NDA, so details are limited.
