I\'ve transferred 50+ existing batch record templates into less than 10 eBR templates in the Mx module, which includes 250+ product SKUs that covers 99% of the manufacturing activities in one location. During this process, I was holding hands with the Operation and Quality team from the start to finish: from mapping the process, demo drafts with Mx automated features, collect feedback and revise, to training team leads and daily maintenance. I am the go to person for any Mx related questions, and also being the bridge to MasterControl engineers on fixing bugs and asking for enhancement in the software.•Currently leading the design for electronic batch record interface for other locations for the company in MasterControl web-based QMS environment, for better error proofing and easy to use tool to record process data.• Established automated reports for department leaders using Python and SQL script, which greatly reduced the burden of pulling data from source and manually extract desired info into a new format.• Supported projects with data retrieving, refining, transferring and creating data visualization. Communicated results with internal stake holders to assist data-driven decision making.• Supporting front end team member with advanced system troubleshooting or investigation. Providing effective solutions regarding complex requests.
