My experience has been in government-funded employment programs and colleges; which includes resume development skills, interview coaching, job search strategies, facilitation, curriculum development and program management as well. I completed an in-person Career Development Practice Certificate ‍ at Douglas College in 2010. I have experience working with Canadian Youth with Barriers, International Youth, Survivors of Violence/Trauma, Refugees, People with Physical Disabilities, Skilled Newcomers to Canada, Mid-career Immigrants and Internationally Trained/Educated Professionals. I also periodically teach an 8-week Workplace Preparation course approved by PTIB for International College Students seeking Co-op placements in Vancouver, BC. I have a ‍ small business, Grow Career Development GrowCD.ca which delivers LIVE Professional Development courses for Career Practitioners across Canada via Zoom Every year GrowCD presents a Summer Career Development Skills Conference called,\'CDS Career Development Skills\'.
