I work as support staff for students on the Autism Spectrum which range from mild to severe. I also teach a Performing Arts Enrichment Projects Program which uses the arts to develop social and diversity skills. This program is called \"Learning and Growing Together\" it showcases students creative abilities and builds team building as well.\"Our focus is on the creative ability and not the disability\". I\'ve been working for BPS for at least 15 years along with many years of community service as an artist educator, professional performing and recording artist and songwriter.
