I’m passionate about helping mission-driven organizations work more effectively by aligning strategy, people, and systems. My approach is rooted in thoughtful, people-first practices and strong collaboration, ensuring that the way we work is as inclusive and intentional as the impact we aim to create.Most recently, I led operations for the Environment & Science Program at the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, streamlining $150M in annual grantmaking and guiding a 30-person team through a major organizational transformation. I worked closely with senior leadership to strengthen systems, improve efficiency, and build more connected, resilient ways of working across programs. I also completed a leadership fellowship with HandsOn Bay Area, partnering with local nonprofits to strengthen community programs and mobilize volunteers. Before that, I served on the leadership team for the Marketing Science department at Genentech, overseeing a $2B portfolio and a team dedicated to turning data into insight and action. Earlier in my career, I built a foundation in consulting at ZS Associates, leading complex, data-driven projects for global life sciences clients.A dedicated people leader, I invest heavily in coaching and development to strengthen individual, team, and organizational outcomes.
