The Performance Excellence Manager provides facilitation and direction for performance improvement initiatives utilizing Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework by supporting JPS Health Network improvement teams by leading, coaching and facilitating the project life cycle to full project implementation in support of the Network’s journey towards becoming a high reliability organization (HRO). This role provides subject matter expertise in clinical and operational processes and teach, coach, and mentor PI methodologies in order to improve care delivery and operations.* Teach and coach Lean Six Sigma methods to deliver performance improvement and patient experience results. Redesigned the Yellow Belt training and requirements to deliver PDSA improvements applying tools and methods. PDSA\'s are showing financial impact as the training develops. Currently have delivered four Cohorts through the new training.* Design the Green Belt training and requirements to deliver a hybrid virtual and in-person training. Have completed two Cohorts with significant financial impact.* Supporting the Invasive Labs, PeriOp and Community Health organizations. Leading the initiative to reduce OR TOT. Piloting Business Process Management methodology with Invasive Labs leadership.
