Throughout my career, I have honed my skills as a strategic leader and accomplished program management professional, driving impactful change and fostering organizational alignment. Currently serving as the Manager of Program Management, Sales & Operations – Core Network at Chewy.com, I have orchestrated the US and Canada planning team to consistently achieve a weekly sales forecast of approximately 6.8 to 10.0 million units, ensuring seamless operational alignment. My role also entails directing Fulfillment Centers to consistently meet 97.19% of the shipping target, proactively managing risk during peak seasons and planned/unplanned shutdowns to maintain customer order fulfillment within established standards.My dedication to developing sustainable solutions is evident in the comprehensive tools and visualizations portfolio I crafted for Sales & Operations Planning (S & OP) at Chewy.com, enabling the monitoring of crucial metrics such as sales forecast, freight availability, and operational indicators. Additionally, my commitment to veteran advocacy is demonstrated through my leadership within the Chewy Veteran Resource Group (Sentinels), where I facilitated the provision of veteran-based resources to team members and established a partnership with Team Red, White, and Blue to promote holistic health initiatives for its members.Prior to my tenure at Chewy.com, I served as a Senior Marine Officer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the US Navy at Naval Surface Force Atlantic. In this role, I drove gap analysis and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) refinement, serving as the principal communication link between Navy and Marine Corps Forces on the U.S. east coast. My responsibilities included the development and implementation of a comprehensive risk management tool to inform leadership of Marine Corps berthing and operating spaces across 14 Navy ships, enabling informed decision-making to support operational employment.I take pride in my ability to lead and mentor teams, foster a culture of professional development, and drive operational readiness.
