Conduct training sessions for new employees on basicsystem functionalities• Technical Documentation - Create and maintain documentation for systemconfigurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Ensure knowledge transferwithin the team• Remote Support - Provide remote support to global users, resolving issues throughphone, email, or remote assistance tools i.e. Go2Assist• Meeting Room and Video Conferencing Support - Provide support for meetingrooms and video conferencing systems (MTR) across Italy offices and help set up theTown Halls and other large meetings for executive staff
