At Aggreko, I deployed a cutting-edge learning management system (LMS) for a global workforce in 15+ languages. Moreover, I designed and deployed a virtual classroom training solution complemented by augmented reality for training delivery. Most recently, I built the L&D function from the ground up, including LMS support, administration, and system change management team and processes. Additionally, I developed and deployed new quality assurance and control measures to implement new features in an LMS environment. To enhance digital learning delivery, I infused immersive learning into the LMS. Furthermore, I lead governance and management of day-to-day learning management needs and L&D content development while working with cross-functional global teams. I am also responsible for a learning technology stack and integrations, including learning management, experience, digital delivery, immersive learning, skills and capabilities platforms, and data and analytics. Adding business value to my role at Raytheon Professional Services, I secured a multimillion-dollar contract extension by presenting the L&D technology value proposition to a client. I remained commercially astute to save a couple of million dollars through persuasive and influential negotiations and achieved double-digit percentage profit per project by deploying solution as a new offering inclusive of the costing model. Overall, through technology, I translate business needs into high-impact L&D interventions with measurable outcomes.
