Known for his negotiation skills, integrity and ability to connect with people, Walter Cave acts as a true advocate for his clientele. With a background as a mortgage broker, Walter understands the nuances of each transaction, artfully guiding his clients through the process in order to best serve their needs. A second generation broker, Walter understands the intricacies of relocation and early discovered his passion for a profession that offers a chance to truly help people in what is often the largest purchase they\'ll ever make. Walter aligned with Realogics Sotheby\'s International Realty out of a desire to remain ahead of the industry through award-winning marketing and innovative ideas on a global platform. It is on this international stage that he is able to offer his clients greater exposure and ultimately greater results. Walter currently specializes in select residential and commercial real estate within the greater Eastside, Mercer Island and Seattle. As an undergraduate, Walter attended UCLA, Olympic College and Western Washington University with a Major in Industrial Psychology. In his free time, he organizes and hosts community events to benefit those in need. Walter also enjoys outdoor activities including running, hiking and boating.
