   Direct day to day well site operations with emphasis on Safety, Environmental Protection, Wellbore Integrity, Cost Control, and Efficiency Improvement.• Perform as Lead Drilling Supervisor overseeing Rig Supervisors and ensure safe and efficient Well Operations including but not limited to Drilling, Completions, Work Overs, Planning, Logistics for multi-site, multi-Rig Programs and Campaigns.• Led Crews effectively and incident free during the Coring Operations of the NF26 North Field Appraisal Project successfully recovering 733.98\' of core 59 days ahead of curve, setting a World Record for longest coring run by any operator in the World on the Jack Up Rig GDI Les Hat and again surpassing the World Record after taking over on NF25 on the Jack Up Rig Northern Energy Embracer meeting all coring objectives including setting a new World Record core run of and 5,373\' total recovered core in the Well with 98.5% total recovery. Also, carried out the completion of the data acquisition campaign under the combatting and challenging Well conditions resulting from the Sudair Water Flow that totaled 17,128 bbls setting a new world record for total Sudair Water Flowback which was managed incident free.• Supervise multiple onsite and offsite support Contractors.• Implement, mentor and lead by example the stewardship of HSEQ Performance Improvement Programs, Safe Leadership, Safe Work Practices and STOP Work Authority.• Nigeria Wells Team as Wells Operations Supervisor Drilling and Completing wells on the Jak Up Rig Borr Groa successfully executing the drilling, completions, and Well Testing of the Usari Oyot A Wells 52, 53, 54 and Oyot 8A PL Projects.• Delaware Basin - Delivered multiple 1.5 – 2.5-mile lateral records in the Delaware basin while managing severe losses and high gas. Delivered back-to-back record performance on 2.5 mi laterals in PLU at 1,141 ft/day,$245 lat-ft followed by 1538 ft/day,$205 lat-ft, with zero accidents or spills.
