About Walter W.
like to call myself a generalist designer, I never really chose to specialize deeply. When I was growing up a game designer had to be able to do a bit of everything cause that was the generation that came after the designers of the 80s and 90s. I\'ve had the opportunity to build level design layouts from just a field in a shooter to influencing choices for an entire castle. I\'ve been able to design small systems like jump pads (a personal life goal) on the moon to a system that mimicked what it could be like in a large scale war. I\'ve been blessed to help build, iterate, and adopt features like spawning enemies, multiplayer teleportation, place able game play prefabs anyone could use, and large scale procedural generation for creating a world layout. These are skills I\'ve iterated on across multiple video game editors. I like learning, I love creating, and my QA background helps me figure out what is causing the issue so I can fix it.
