ABOUT WALTER SCHNEIDERS

Through my professional career to date, I have not only gained work experience and professionalism but also continuously expanded my extensive knowledge in the fields of production, process optimization, series manufacturing, and business administration. My responsibilities have particularly included the optimization of productivity, logistics, material usage, and process stability from both organizational and technical perspectives, the implementation of lean management, the leadership of continuous improvement (CIP) activities, and the optimization of logistical processes. Nonwoven processes in the textile industry have been a part of my work for 30 years. I am proud to have achieved efficiency improvements in various international production facilities – as well as HSEE successes in the plants as a certified safety specialist. Through my frequent international contacts and stays abroad, not least through major individual projects such as the establishment of production sites in France, Spain, the USA, and most recently as COO in the Czech Republic, I have overseen several M&A processes and actively contributed to restructuring initiatives. I am fluent in business English and also have a good command of French.
