Walter Roux provides professional consulting and contractor services particularly to, but not limited to, the rail industry. He has extensive experience and in depth knowledge of performance and payment regimes, executive reporting, corporate scorecards, benchmarking and knowledge management. Walter will be available for short term contract work from April 2016 when he will finish his current engagement with the RDG. Short or medium term contracts considered. Walter has been providing part time contracting work to the Rail Delivery Group (RDG) in the UK for three years, and was used as a Subject Matter Expert by the Railway and Transport Strategy Centre at Imperial College London on work they are doing for the Metro Rio in Brazil. He also did some work for Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) through Third Horizon Consulting Partners in Australia.
