I have an extensive customer service and sales background. I am passionate about partnering my strong communication skills with a desire to learn technical processes and procedures. I currently am working as a Product Owner on company wide Artificial Intelligence integrations as well as multiple systems across both the Claims and Underwriting departments. In my previous positions, I have handled workers compensation claims prior to working as a Subject Matter Expert on a large scale company initiative. That temporary role transitioned to a permanent position as a Business Systems Analyst prior to being promoted to Senior Product Manager. Outside of work, I enjoy travel (domestic and international), golf, hiking/camping, and spending time with my dog, family, and friends.
