   Career Objective To secure a Procurement Quality Roll within the Airbus Core Team located in the USAExperience 1991 To Present Airbus Director of Procurement Quality & Supplier Development at Airbus Within this position, I have developped and put in place the following action and ativities- The support to the Directorate in Supply Chain strategic management North America and Supply Chain tactical monitoring (SWAT.)- The surveillance of those suppliers, by performing the local follow-up of these activities and partially accomplishing them- Assessed Suppliers, to ensure the necessary attendance to all US suppliers- classified as potential sources of delivery performance risks - Assessed and implement practical solutions to the suppliers and Airbus teams - develop liaisons with senior management of suppliers - establish conformity for the suppliers to respect the contractual aspects of the agreements - determine arbitration between EADS Airbus factories when necessary - ensure a regular reporting to the Airbus management Implemented a permanent approach with the Suppliers to improve the organization in term of Deliveries, and quality. The improvement opportunities concern all Supplier processes, mainly procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, assembly, test, logistics, engineering and quality. I have, assested the Quality, Supply Chain & Contractual Logistics services of the National Companies to control the contractual logistics aspects and the relationship with the Suppliers liasing with the Procurement multi functional teams. As the Director of Procurement Quality & Supplier Development at Airbus, I am responsible for managing the Airbus suppliers based in the US, in support of the full family of Airbus products.In my roll, I must use Proven problem resolution skills with appropriate organisational competencies. I have over 30 years in the aircraft industries
