I build and scale integrated logistics / 4PL operating models that move the P&L. I lead managers of managers and Centres of Excellence across Europe with global reach, linking Road ↔ Air & Sea ↔ Contract Logistics under productised Global Control-Tower governance from design-to-run.How do we operate: supply chain consultancy, solution design & pricing, network design/digital twins, RFQ/RFP orchestration, S & OP/IBP handshakes with operations, data/AI for forecasting & exception management, and repeatable transformation frameworks (org, skills, KPIs).Industry outlook: forwarding is converging into integrated / 4PL orchestration. Winners will run control towers as products, connect European groupage and gateways with global flows, embed data/AI, and evidence Scope-3 impact—while staying carrier-agnostic whenever required.
