My responsibilities include the refinancing of the BFF Banking Group business, the management of the wholesale funding sources of the BFF Banking Group, the supervision of the teams dedicated to the various funding sources (excluding on-line deposit), such set-up and management of an EMTN Programme and issuance of Eurobonds, structuring and placement of Asset-backed Securities in connection with securitisation transactions, structuring and management of Factoring transactions, arrangement of banking facilities through the negotiation of terms and conditions as well as of legal documents of bilateral as well as syndicated loan facilities. I also ensure and supervise the compliance with regulatory ratios and the proper management of the BFF Group funding plan in line with the business plan through the coordination of the Financial Planning and Asset & Liabilities management function of the Group.Management of 7 dedicated resources and co-ordination of local core people in the other European markets.
