Design, launch, and improve eMobility customer programs to accelerate SCE\'s sustainability, affordability, and reliability goals• Led the program design for California Clean Fuel Reward (CCFR), a statewide program which delivered $417M+ in EV rebates to ~387K customers, avoiding 1.2M metric tons of CO2• Led the Finance and Treasury function for the CCFR program, conducted a competitive RFP procurement process, and selected a bank to serve as the financial partner; implemented innovative banking, legal, and tax solutions to benefit customers• Led a cross functional analysis to mitigate operational, financial, accounting, tax, and legal risks by mapping detailed processes including technology and operational workflow, consulting with subject matter experts, and implementing best in class solutions• Design and develop a ~$50M+ EV charging card program for income qualified customers in partnership with PG & E and SDG & E• Lead the procurement process to select program implementers with a customer experience focus• Refreshed the Previously Owned Electric Vehicle program to introduce a point-of-sale rebate and electronic payments to customers applying for rebates• Created the Program Development Framework to establish the timelines, milestones, and deliverables of customer program formation, align stakeholders company wide, and incorporate team insights
