Training of new associates on duties and SOP\'s for each duty required. Work with and develop associates to become self sufficient and identify individuals for advancement. Work with Maintenance Manager on task lists assigned from District Manager, General Manager, and Asst. General Managers to make sure that the facility is above corporate standards.
