My military service instilled in me a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude, motivating me in all my endeavors. I have strong communication skills and can adapt to different situations, which helps me contribute positively to team success.I am currently pursuing a Dual Bachelor of Science in Professional Aviation Flight Technology and Aviation Management, with a minor in Language Studies, at Indiana State University. This program aligns with my passion for aviation and my goal of acquiring a solid education in this field. The program emphasizes practical flight training and theoretical knowledge, preparing me for a successful career as a pilot. Additionally, Indiana State offers supportive faculty, modern facilities, and industry connections that provide valuable networking opportunities and resources to help me reach my career goals in aviation.In my current role as an Employment Consultant at Easterseals Crossroads, I support individuals with disabilities in achieving meaningful, competitive employment by providing individualized job development, career planning, and long-term support services. I work closely with clients to assess strengths, interests, and employment goals while collaborating with employers to create inclusive workplaces and sustainable job matches. This role has strengthened my skills in advocacy, relationship-building, and problem-solving, while deepening my understanding of accessibility, ADA accommodations, and workforce inclusion.
