This partnership allows me to seek resolutions that are in my client’s best interest, whether that means early settlement or aggressive litigation through trial and appeal.My representative experience includes:• Resolved a nine-figure broadband-infrastructure dispute for a Fortune 50 company that would have been among its largest litigation matters in history.• Won complete victory for an entertainment company after a nine-day federal jury trial over a licensing dispute, then successfully fended off an appeal.• Obtained favorable settlements for a state government in a long-running municipal-finance dispute other lawyers had deemed unwinnable.• Fended off multiple federal agency enforcement actions for technology and telecom companies, including one of the largest enforcement actions in FCC history;• Achieved complete victory on behalf of a submarine cable company in the early stages of a federal court breach-of-contract litigation;• Successfully challenged FCC regulations in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals;• Convinced government entities not to bring criminal charges or civil cases against finance company after the Great Financial Crisis; and• Guided companies through complex audits by the administrator of the FCC’s Universal Service Fund.
