Responsible for MSC Technicians, client satisfaction, key clients at 30 sites over 3 states. • Manage fleet logistics of Mobile Service Centers (MSCs), automotive & heavy-duty diesel vehicles, and small equipment. Ensure that we have the manpower to maintain and service them. • Supervise/manage team of 13 skilled technicians (team more than doubled since my start date). • Provide reliable repair/maintenance for Amazon, Target, Petro Choice & Univar vehicles. • Coordinate daily with Amazon Scheduling Portal to ensure personnel report to needed sites. • Support 2 Target & 3 Petro Choice synergy sites, each with 200+ trailers, to maximize efficiency. • Communicate with corporate personnel, clients, brand managers & Dedicated Service Providers.
