Our mission is to provide professional, safe, and realistic emergency response training for each of our customers. My part of this mission is to- Assist the Academy Director and the Director of Business Development in developing short and long- term goals for the academy- Manage the training calendar for the academy- Hire and train subject matter experts to conduct training as requested by our customers- Develop Operational Guidelines, and Procedures and communicate those to our operational staff- Organize and manage special training events- Create custom training content that meets the specific needs of our customer- Ensure the safety of our customers and staff is always placed as the highest priority while at our academy- Ensure that each training event is carried out in a manner that meets and exceeds the expectation of our customer- Oversee the implementation of all academy maintenance and the development of new training props- Maintain records of all training events.
