I stay close to the code when needed, but most of my impact comes from steering the program: helping engineers stay unblocked, making trade-offs visible, and keeping teams synced across product, design, and DevOps.Over the years, I’ve grown from hands-on development into program leadership, learning how to balance technical depth with cross-team coordination. What drives me is seeing well-engineered systems go live — on time, stable, and solving the right problems.
