Provides overall leadership and direction for services in the programmatic divisions for an agency with an overall budget of over $100 million.Responsible for oversight of 4 Senior Vice Presidents overseeing the Workforce, Career Training and Education, Community Living and Jevs Care at Home Divisions.Provide critical analysis about service delivery priorities and mechanisms across divisions and develops effective working teams across the agency to address identified opportunities.In coordination with the Chief Executive Officer, facilitates the evolution of the business plan through helping to facilitate group sharing and brainstorming in order to plan, troubleshoot, and/or identify common problems or projects.Analyzes systems across divisions and ensures implementation of internal controls and agency procedures across the Divisions.Lead the development of strategic partnerships aligned with agency business plan.
