The modular upgrade covers building and infrastructure from the current operation of less than 1 MW if IT power and Tier II to 6 MW of IT power for each of the facilities and to a UTI Tier IV, the projected PUE is less than 1.3. The construction is to be completed while the systems are in operation with the objective of no unplanned outage during the construction process- Vast experience in planning, design and construction projects, provided quality building commissioning services for many construction projects covering data centers, manufacturing and office buildings- Holder of four patents: Free Cooling Solution for Containerized Data Center, High Efficiency Data Center Cooling, High Efficiency Data Center Equipment/Operation Design Concept and, Data Center Design Tool.
