I started my Industrial Distribution career with a great Industrial & Electrical distributor focused on training their sales teams to develop relationships and to achieve sales growth goals, to also have proficient operations, and to display Excellence in all Aspects of your business. I joined the employee-owned Cameron & Barkley Company, which later became Hagemeyer NA, and Vallen-Sonepar.This allowed me to experience many sales and management positions within this large industrial and electrical distributor.Over the years, I have learned Time Management, Organizational Skills, selling superlative skills, Management skills, much product knowledge, Supply Chain solutions, Leadership styles, Negotiation master skills, Customer Service internally and externally, ISO certification, P&L Budget experience, Written Communication skills, Interpersonal Skills, and how to become a sales growth champion in sales performance.I started my manufacturing career in sales with the M.K. Morse Company during 2011. I have also learned from the M.K. Morse Company many of the manufacturing processes provided by this fantastic manufacturer of Premium Sawing Solutions for major industrial distribution and the gases and welding distribution in the USA and understand the manufacturer and distributor relationship much better for the many diverse end-users relative to the steel, wood, industrial manufacturing, metal forming, fabricating, welding, and finishing industries in the USA and North America.I have been involved in all aspects of general line distribution including operations, sales, management, and P&L responsibilities.I now have the pleasure to be involved with the Largest Industrial Distributors in the USA plus the Gases and Welding distributors in the USA. This is a great opportunity for myself and the M.K. Morse Company plus our Gases and Welding distributors to assist in the sales growth objectives of each company.The M.K. Morse Company has really developed their power tool accessory product lines in addition to our carbon, bi-metal, and carbide tipped weld to length band saw blade product lines. Our service levels are second to none and our distribution channel will have superb product offerings they can deliver to their end users that will provide cost savings across the board.
