The company didn’t miss a shipment or invoice throughout the implementation. Other accomplishments include-Managing the total redesign of product and manufacturing processes across 3 countries and 4 plants for a new water heater- Managing the total redesign of a product line and manufacturing plant to a soft-tooled, modular approach.I enjoy leading and working with teams to develop and execute a plan that has a positive material impact on the company’s bottom line and beats the competition.
