ABOUT TINA WALKER

Well-practiced in media relations, government relations, litigation, public advocacy and issue management, Ms. Walker brings nearly a decade of communications experience to the agency’s clients. She has comprehensive knowledge of the finance, healthcare, education, technology, energy and communications sectors.Ms. Walker joined Singer Associates in 2012 and, during her time at the agency, she’s been integral in managing award-winning public affairs and crisis campaigns for public sector, environmental, consumer and healthcare clients, including the City of San Bruno following a fatal gas pipeline explosion in 2010. Ms. Walker also provides strategic communications for a diverse group of organizations including Chevron, Los Angeles County Parks, the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, Airbnb, Monsanto, and the City of Milpitas. Furthermore, these engagements have required significant interaction with Local, State and Federal representatives.Prior to joining Singer Associates, Ms. Walker worked for the law firm of Cotchett Pitre & McCarthy as a communications specialist and litigation strategist. During her time at Cotchett, Ms. Walker worked with journalists, interdisciplinary experts, consumer advocates, corporate representatives, victims, and attorneys to facilitate the litigation of high profile cases. Ms. Walker has aided in the prosecution of cases against PG & E, Toyota Motor Corporation, and Citi Group, as well as assisting on multiple international antitrust cases.Ms. Walker received her B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Chico. She is a Bay Area native and recently moved to San Luis Obispo to lead Singer Associate\'s new Central Coast office.
