Our vision has always been clear—make it easier for those who serve communities to do their work with dignity and confidence.My career before entrepreneurship spanned more than 30 years in retail, wholesale, and service operations, where I learned the power of listening, the importance of data-informed decisions, and the value of taking care of people—both customers and employees. I’ve been fortunate to lead large teams, build new business units from the ground up, transform customer experience models, and help organizations reach new levels of operational excellence.Today, alongside leading YourShoppingDepot, I serve as an advisor to growth-oriented companies in private equity and customer engagement, helping founders and CEOs navigate scale, strategy, and operational excellence.
