   Directly manage, mentor, and guide a diverse group of 20-30 Unum Scholar interns within Unum’s Absence Management Center. Provide guidance on career paths within the company and offer resources for continued growth- Collaborate with peer managers and department heads to design and deploy an intern program that is meaningful for each Scholar intern- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and networking opportunities to enhance interns\' skills and career prospects- Participate in the recruitment and selection process for interns, working closely with HR and Talent Acquisition Partners. Lead the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new interns into the company culture- Foster strong relationships with department leaders to understand their needs and align intern assignments with business objectives. Act as a liaison between interns and various departments, promoting effective communication and collaboration- Track and analyze the performance of interns, identifying areas for improvement and recognizing outstanding contributions.
