Project Management: Manage and lead Product Development Teams in Pfizer Oncology R&D in early-stage product development from drug candidate selection through IND, first-in-patient clinical studies (Phase 1) and proof-of-concept clinical studies to support registrational studies. Responsible for strategic planning and forecasting, portfolio milestones and deliverables, financial planning and budget management, risk assessment and management, governance, portfolio reporting, team health, dynamics and performance, conflict resolution and stakeholder management. Currently manage four product development teams. Portfolio Management: Manage Pfizer Boulder R&D portfolio in partnership with Pfizer Boulder R&D leadership and Pfizer Oncology R&D portfolio management and leadership.
