I am a well rounded Organizational Development leader with diverse industry and project experience. My educational background is a PhD in Business Psychology (I-O), with a focus on consulting. I have over 13 years of direct experience with Fortune 500 organizations ranging in size from 1,500 to employees. A majority of my work has been within L&D, Org Design, Performance Management, Survey Management, and Talent Management.
