About Walker Reich
As an Associate Broker for Retail Specialists, Walker is involved in providing real estate strategy and account management to clients. He works closely with the Brokerage team to bring new retail and restaurant clients to specific developments.Additionally, Walker manages a number of properties throughout the Southeast working as a liaison between the property owner, the property management team, and the leasing agent. He’s responsible for all tenant and shopping center owner relations, supporting the team with leasing, renewals, new tenant coordination, and reporting.Walker received his bachelor’s degree in finance with a concentration in economics from the University of Alabama. He is a licensed real estate broker in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee and previously managed and leased a real estate portfolio of more than 150 properties to college students and families while attending college.He is a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and serves on the Breakfast Team at the Cathedral Church of the Advent. Walker is an Eagle Scout and considers himself an outdoorsman, spending his spare time hiking, mountain climbing, hunting, fishing, and mountain biking.
