About Walker Dyess

Current responsibilities: Walker serves as a Vice President at JLL in Dallas/Fort Worth. His areas of specialty include retail tenant and landlord representation, as well as land brokerage services in North Texas and Oklahoma. In his role, he performs in depth market research and analysis, conducts site tours, negotiates letters of intent and delivers customized solutions that meet his clients’ business objectives and exceed their expectations. Mr. Dyess has represented clients such as Albertsons/Tom Thumb, American Red Cross, Amped Fitness, Athletico Physical Therapy, AutoNation, Bank of Oklahoma, Carvana, FedEx, Integris Health, La-Z-Boy, Living Spaces, Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union, Texas Health Resources, Tierra Encantada, Veritex Bank, UrgentVet and White Castle. Internally, Walker has overseen market interns and sits on the Dallas Recruiting Committee. ​ Experience:​ Walker joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2018 as an Analyst. He has completed hundreds of transactions with national and regional clients since his arrival. He is equipped to assist clients with their real estate needs by utilizing his market knowledge and leveraging JLL’s internal business lines. Walker has structured leases, build-to-suits, ground leases, subleases, and purchase/sale agreements and is capable of negotiating deals of any given size and structure.
