Recognizing the need for formal education, I pursued a Bachelor\'s Degree focused on leadership at DeVry University while working as a Sr. Loan Closer at Washington Mutual.After graduation, I accepted a leadership role at Bank of America, which further aligned with my career goals. To deepen my knowledge, I pursued a Master’s in Business Administration, focusing on Leadership and Management. From that point, my career trajectory ascended. I progressively expanded my portfolio within the financial industry, ultimately climbing up the ladder to become the VP and Director of Operations in my most recent role.
