With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, I am a Senior Construction Project Manager at Hill International, Inc, a global leader in project management consultancy. I have multiple credentials that demonstrate my expertise and professionalism in Pre-Contract & Pre-Construction Planning and Scheduling, Estimating & Cost-Engineering, and green building practices, as well as a strong background in Interior-Design & Fit-Out project management.Currently, I manage two projects simultaneously: the expansion of the Northern Quest Resort and Casino in Washington, and the JW Marriott Mena House Palace in Egypt. I oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design, planning, budgeting, value engineering, tendering, procurement, claims management, cost monitoring, logistics, QA/QC, EHS, to closeout and handover. I have successfully led and completed projects with budgets up to $285 M across various sectors, such as hospitality, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
