Responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of Product Line technical learning and workplace training and development programs throughout the Europe/Sub-Sharaian Africa Region.Key Activities And Accountabilities- Act as a hands-on technical instructor, Demonstrating thorough knowledge of Well Test Operations and displaying an ability to communicate concepts clearly, build skills and connect subject matter with related knowledge areas- Actively engaging employees with diverse styles and cultures in a positive, energetic, and professional manner ensuring meaningful learning and effective transfer of knowledge and skills- Work with Group Competence Assurance Specialists and Managers and subject matter experts to: • Developing, continuously improving, and implementing blended learning solutions that satisfy client requirements and meet business demand and ensure that appropriate and updated learning content is used. • Designing, developping and delivering technical/operational skills demonstration exercises applying specialist Well Test knowledge. • Providing input in review and updating of Well Test competencies. • Preparing for, facilitating, and evaluating learning courses and workplace training • Supporting Expro Competence Assurance Program to assess and report on the competence of technical personnel. • Working with Management to identify training needs of employees and continuous improvement of the training program. • Coordinating scheduling of training programs and instructor activities and arranging materials to be available. • Using standardized metrics and assessments, evaluating student learning fairly and consistently, providings learners with constructive feedback. • Evaluating training programs and participating in continuous improvement of training material.
