As the Spare Parts Technical Manager at Manitou group, I\'m in charge of the Engineering projects of the different types of spare parts used on our machines (More than different type of products).The scope of my responsibilities is global (France, Italy, India and USA).My main missions are - Implement processes and workflows framing the technical activity, following the creation of the job position- Manage the engineering projects of spare parts- Create and the manage the spare parts engineering team- Lead and coordinate between the various departments involved (R&D, Production, Marketing, Purchasing, Quality, Supply, etc.)- Define technical specifications to resource alternative spare parts- Define and guarantee the execution of validation plans (tests) for alternative parts, internally and externally- Analyze the technical offers and ensure compliance with the technical specifications and the validation plan- Manage the engineering change requests (ECR/Deviations) by analyzing and mitigating technical risks- Represent the spare part technical expertise of the group- Insure the technical follow-up of suppliers and participate in their audits- Participate in product ranges rationalization- Capitalize and transversalize the lessons learned.
