I have over 24 years of experience in project and program management with a focus on project execution and delivery, project transition to O&M, commissioning, and risk for various international large-scale infrastructure projects (AFP/P3 traditional and alliance delivery models for DBF, DBFM and DBFOM structures). I have progressive hands-on experience managing major complex rail & transit, airports, highways & bridges, power and water treatment projects in a high level supervisory role.I am highly experienced in the administration of various contract delivery models including complex Project Agreements and Construction Contracts. I have successfully led Project Delivery activities on behalf of the the contractor or the owner to achieve Substantial Completion and Revenue Service availability.
