In my position at SAWA Medical, I was able to complete a market and competitor assessment, resulting in a strategic plan to establish a new product mix with a successful marketing strategy to capture a profitable market share. I was able to continuously evolve our marketing efforts and product mix, depending on customer and market changes, increasing sales and profits. I was able to start with simple products and then added more sophisticated and expensive product lines found at national and international trade shows that I had attended. The expansion and widening of our product offering took into consideration the company\'s financial, logistical, management abilities, profit margin and sales goals. I was able to build a team of sales and customer service professionals while maintaining a profitable business. My creative marketing strategy used several tools depending on what was the most effective and gave increased profitable results. Starting with conventional print media and then to online marketing including website, SMS, email, and google advertising. Developing a customer relations management strategy, beginning with a purchase of a few common and inexpensive products, and developing to a long-term relationship with high ticket purchases.
