As a crew trainer, I was given the responsibility to direct all employees. At 19 years old, I was able to lead and direct a shift of employees to perform their jobs accurately. As an engineer, it is very important to be able to take the lead in any situation. When I have no idea, I show initiative and I own my ideas which would benefit the company.
