The Senior Vice President of IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) is responsible for the strategy, delivery and continuation of governance and compliance program adherence. The SVP understands business needs and recommends new compliance programs and/or enhancements in controlling overall IT Risk for the organization.
