   to the Chief Compliance Officer and governs $300k in budget expenditures. Establishes, directs, and implements business, HR strategies, and operational plans to embed enterprise-wide Ethics & Compliance frameworks while integrating JEA values that drive cultural alignment. Solicited by the Board to originate an Ethics Policy due to alleviate workplace violations; liaised with the Ethics team, LOB managers, and leveraged City Auditor’s probe report to deliver a board-approved policy for ee’s across 12 locations. Inspected critical reporting documentation to ensure timely execution of all financial disclosures for the BOD/Executive team; achieved 100% accuracy and usurped penalties due to data integrity and delivery expectations. Partnered with the Brand Management team to conceptualize an Ethical Decision Path Tree, distributed content via carrying card and video content, empowering workforce accountability in alignment with company values. Ensured all policies & procedures comply with city/state/federal regulations and in sync with JEA’s code of conduct; manage all internal & external communication in response to ethics inquiries. Conducts all exit interviews for the employees to assess the overall employee experience within the organization, mitigate risks and identify opportunities to improve retention and engagement.
