Establishes, directs, and implements business, HR strategies, and operational plans to embed enterprise-wide Ethics & Compliance frameworks while integrating JEA values that drive cultural alignment. Solicited by the Board to originate an Ethics Policy due to alleviate workplace violations; liaised with the Ethics team, LOB managers, and leveraged City Auditorโ€™s probe report to deliver a board-approved policy for eeโ€™s across 12 locations. Inspected critical reporting documentation to ensure timely execution of all financial disclosures for the BOD/Executive team; achieved 100% accuracy and usurped penalties due to data integrity and delivery expectations.
