Programme Manager for the design delivery of the On Network Works elements of the HS2 project at Old Oak Common (OOC) Station. The OOC Station integrates with the Great Western Mainline (GWML) network, effectively becoming an interchange between HS2 and GWML. Old Oak Common Station itself is the largest new station being built in the UK in over 100 years.Working under an Alliancing structure, I am responsible and accountable for the full Programme of design works and associated assurance products. Through a progressive delivery model, with particular complexities surrounding the phasing of the works as normal operation of the GWML is maintained while this interchange is introduced.
